Generate and print name badges with Avery

1. Download and save your Entrance List CSV

In order to create your name badges you must download your Entrance List from inside your Picatic account:

  • Login to your Picatic account
  • Select Manage on the event you will be creating name badges for
  • Under Ticket Sales select Entrance List
  • From the drop down box titled Download Reports select Entrance List

Tip: Attendees names will be printed on the name badges as they appear in your Entrance List CSV. Make sure to edit the names on the Entrance List for spelling and capital letters to ensure the name badges are professional.

2. Navigate to Avery to use their free online tool

  • Sign in or create and account with Avery
  • From the Templates & Software tab select Name Badges

3. Select the Design of your name badges

4. Customize the layout and fields of your name badges

  • Select the text field that you would like to change, e.g. name
  • Select Import Data (Mail Merge)
  • Browse and choose your Picatic Entrance List CSV
  • Select the available field you'd like to display on the badge
  • Select Complete Merge

Repeat step 4 for each text field you wish to edit on your name badge

5. Once you are happy with the layout design and layout of the name badge, select Preview & Print
