The Order Confirmation email is sent automatically after a successful order has been placed. The contents of this email are copied directly from your Picatic event page.

The Order Confirmation email contains the following information:

  • Event cover image and event name
  • The attendee's ticket(s) (What do the tickets look like?)
  • A receipt of the order
  • The event details (location, date)
  • 'Add to calendar buttons (compatible with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlooks Calendar and Yahoo Calendar)
  • Social sharing buttons (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Mail)
  • Host email address for any questions about the event
